"Great customer service! We were not able to arrive until three days after our initial check-in date but the staff were awesome and were able to accommodate and reserve the room for us. Joe and Kathy on the phones, Deviece on the front desk (and also the manager) were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you! Location is great, and we did not wait too long for the elevators either as opposed to what the other reviews were claiming. Overall, would stay again when we are back in NYC."
