"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"We have just returned home from an excellent 5 night stay at Balincourt. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The accomodation was top class and the breakfast options very good. The location couldn't have been more convenient with bus stops adjacent and a pub opposite."

"Daughter came in from out of country for school, had to spend a night here before being able to go to campus. When she arrived they had a room already ready for her and accommodated her late check-out the next day. Great service, very attentive, would definitely recommend!! "

"Bit of a pain having to check into a different hotel before going to the one I actually booked. But for the price it was fine, clean and tidy. Very noisy though with traffic outside and people walking about on creaking floorboards and every door slamming. "

"Little Robins Gate is amazing for a peaceful getaway. We had the spa room and the jacuzzi was great. The room was spotless and had some nice personal touches. Will definitely be staying again in the future."

"David and his staff were excellent hosts. We were greeted by the owner upon arrival and were given an upgrade to a larger room. Very clean and well stocked room with all one would expect from the corporates. Breakfast was equally excellent with nothing being too much, absolutely recommended."

"We were greeted by our friendly hosts who were excited to be welcoming guests after lockdown. Lovely furnished, spacious, safely prepared room. The breakfast menu is 5 star and wish we had been staying longer to try all it offered. "

"Beautiful thatched cottage, large enough to accommodate 4 generations over the Christmas period. Great communication with the property manager, always very responsive and willing to call round and answer any questions. Easy access to the hot tub was especially appreciated. Location of the property is excellent to access activities without a long drive. We stayed 11 days and didn't run out of things to do and places to visit. "The hotel was great! Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional & helpful. The breakfast provided was okay & there were even hot options available so more than I expected. The area around the hotel has roadwork being completed which looks close to finished. So should be okay in the near future. "
