"The location is great! The house was clean, spacious, and stocked full of everything we could need. They really thought of everything! My family of 7, plus a dog, loved every minute of our stay. We traveled in March so the pool was cold but that didn’t stop my kids from having a great time swimming. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in the Phoenix area. Communication with Vacasa was great! They were quick to respond and prompt. Check in was easy and the check out instructions...

"Property was good. We enjoyed our stay—it was a bit of a little getaway with our kids and in-laws. We found plenty to do in the area (we have friends in Gold Canyon). We didn’t overuse by any means, but the house was not very stocked. It was cold the first couple of days we were there, but we only found one extra blanket. "This home is in a quiet neighborhood of Red Mountain, so close to grocery stores and great restaurants.The owners were great to work with! The pool was heated and ready to go from day one! "My family had a great stay. We have 3 small children that loved running around the house and the yard. The only complaint is that the pool heater was useless since the weather was chilly and the pool cover did not work so the heat escaped. They also charge you for every day of your stay to heat the pool even if you only want it heated for a pirtion of the stay. "

"We were here to visit family in Apache Junction and the Casita was 5.5 miled away. It's in a beautiful location at the base of the hills. The Casita was perfect for our needs and clean. The beds were very comfortable! The citrus trees and cactus on the property are beautiful, as well as the brick work and play area for children. We will definitely stay again on our next visit."
