"Stayed over following an event based at the hotel. Lovely friendly hotel, amazing food served buffet style for the evening event. Our stay was marred by the extremely bad mannered bar man we've ever come across. What kind of enjoyment he receives from making a clearly disabled man wait to be served, while he serves others just walking up to the bar, is hard to figure out. "Hotel typical for half board/all inclusive. Hotel room fab sea view. Own lounge with bedroom. Staff on reception and luis Vanessa very friendly in the bar. The restaurant manager (man) very good and witnesses v friendly except two who told me off for taking my coffee to the terrace. Restaurant a lot nicer when they were not working. Ran more efficiently, less chaos. Area is pretty but disappointing as in the middle of nowhere. La Mata is pretty but very little there. Torrevijeca is as usual...
