"We moved from another place on short notice, and they were very accommodating. We visited Porto, Aviero, braga Arouca, 516 bridge and Gaia. It is located in a little town and is on a private street where we could park right in front. It was walking distance to restaurants and various things. Not a lot of businesses in the town but we purposely wanted a quiet place. The apartment was on the first floor, which is one up from the ground, and what was the equivalent of a house. "Fabulous home in a beautiful, serene valley. You will definitely feel the love when you arrive here. We were greeted by the whole family bearing, wine, charcuterie, and a pineapple upside down cake. It is always such an honor to stay in one of these family homesteads. Lots of space, beautiful décor, amazing landscaping and views of the village. "This villa was perfect for our needs. Two families of 8 people with teenage and adult daughters of 15, 15, 17 and 19 years. An amazing pool to cool down in that is a reasonable size for games, yet heated at the right temperature for the cooler, cloudier mornings. "Our stay at Casa de Muranzel provided a perfect place for relaxation and exploring the village of Torreira. It was also a great jumping off place for exploring further afield… a short trip to Aveiro and one hour drive to Porto. We all loved coming back to the house for a swim in the pool! Pedro was a warm and welcoming host. We appreciated his information about exploring local sights and restaurants. We would definitely recommend his lovely house to family and friends!"
