"The house is an excellent place to regroup and enjoy a quiet piece of Spain with friends. The backyard is wonderful and the house layout makes it easy to have space to be together. Seville is a 10-15 cab ride away or a longer bus ride. There are bars and restaurants around but to really "tapear" you need to go farther. Cooking was a challenge as cookware and basics were minimally supplied.. Nice place, just don't think of it as downtown Seville."

"12 of us stayed in the fabulous villa for a week, primarily to attend a family wedding. The villa is very large and easily catered for us. "We decided to stay at this location with our large family of 8. Unfortunately, the entire house smelled of gutter and we saw several roaches. The first night, we had to kill them ourselves. I have photo proof. They proceeded to spray the first floor with pesticide and the extra folks had to cram into the two rooms that didn’t have roaches and clean up the dead bugs and roaches ourselves. "This nice villa is a 15 minutes drive from the centre of Seville and very well positioned for exploring Andalusia. The property is clean, well maintained, with a nice garden with orange and lemon trees which were conveniently ripening during our stay. There is also a swimming pool, and a tennis table.
