"Overall a good experience, had to take 1 star away because when we went to check in at 3pm the 'room wasnt ready' - it was ready about 25mins after that but still if you have a 3pm check in which is somewhat late you should be ready at 3pm Otherwise staff where friendly, place was fairly clean and facilities are fantastic esp if you have children. The car park can be a 'bit' of a squeeze but overall id stay here again. "

"Torquay 285 was a great place to stay. My two teenagers and I fit in the studio perfectly and were surprised by how well equipped it was! Teabags, milk, coffee machine plus some pantry supplies were awesome! It was also my birthday when there and the owner had put in some bubbles in the fridge for me! Walking across the road to the beach and then to the pool was a bonus! Easy walk into town too! Great communication, awesome location and just a terrific place to stay! "
