Island Escape - Walk to the beach

A lovely light filled home that is spacious and secluded making it the perfect little getaway for any season, whether it's a lazy day at the beach or a cosy winter break. It's a great home for a family or even two! Perfectly located only a few minutes drive from the Sands golf course and just a ten minute walk or two minutes drive to lovely Whites beach. You really can park the car and walk everywhere with a lovely oval and park even close by!


The house has an open plan living and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, Apple TV plus PrimeVideo, continuous broadband wifi, 1 workspace, ducted heating, gas cooking, BBQ, washe and ironing facilities. ​

Hotel quality linen and towels are included. ​

The garden is fully enclosed making it a great choice for young children.

We are located on a quiet residential street in Torquay, it's safe with friendly neighbours. Being able to walk to the beach is really what makes this location special.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES

STRICTLY NO NOISE OUTSIDE AFTER 10PM...this includes talking loudly outside, music, etc as this area is mostly residential. Thanks for your cooperation.

Strictly no shoes on couches please.

Please leave BBQ clean otherwise a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged.

Towels provided are not to be used as beach towels.

Please don't leave heating/air-conditioning and lighting on if going out for the day.

Guests are requested to treat the property as if it was their own. We aim to provide quality accommodation but are reliant on guests taking reasonable care at all times and where possible, please return things to its original place. Thank you!
