"Really enjoyed our stay, the villa is in a good location with nice views, not too overlooked by other surrounding villas and just a 5 minute walk to a nearby shop. Everything was very clean and tidy on arrival, all the facilities as described and everything that we needed. Very friendly owner who contacted us via WhatsApp a few days before to advise the checking in process - which was all straight forward, then was also very responsive for a couple of questions throughout the stay regarding...

It's a wonderful beach (like many in the area) but small and crowded in the high season. The communication with the landlord was excellent. Bruno is a very nice person. He was there when we arrived, explained everything about the house and was ready to guide us to find the beautiful places to visit in the area or the restaurants to go. "Property was in a good location, although distances were longer to the town due to road layout, so anyone with mobility issues must take into account, also on a hill. Taxi's are almost non existent and are very expensive. once conversations were established with Joe communication very good. "This was our perfect villa and location. It is tucked away in the quiet Sardinian countryside but is easily accessible by car and is not remote. The nearest town Oresei is not too far and the closest beach is a 7 minute drive. The Villa had everything we needed including a lovely outside covered terrace and inside and outside shower options.
