"Property was in a good location, although distances were longer to the town due to road layout, so anyone with mobility issues must take into account, also on a hill. Taxi's are almost non existent and are very expensive. once conversations were established with Joe communication very good. The area is spectacular and if you do research on Restaurants and Agritourisms you will find some excellent food Highly recommend the Brazillian restaurant n Myrta Maria, Agritourism Osteria Dell Maria....

"Fantastic stay. The place is bigger and nicer then what we thought from pictures. Location is great with a short walk to the very nice beach, preferred by the kids from all the beaches in the area. Quiet and calm in the evening. BBQ is excellent and we grilled ever other night. The pool is big enough and very warm. Would gladly come again."

Der überdachte Essplatz hinter dem Haus war leider nicht gepflegt (schmutziger Tisch und Bänke und es lag überall Laub und Blütenreste herum). Leider steht eine Klimaanlage nur im unteren Stockwerk zur Verfügung (Batterie der Fernbedienung war leer), in den oberen Schlafzimmern ist es dann doch sehr warm (trotz geschlossenen Fensterläden). "We’ve been at the Villa for 3 weeks. The view is stunning however doesn’t compensate the misses of what could be a perfect place if properly taken care of. The Villa requires lots of improvements to properly fit with the price paid for it. Lack of care in many things unfortunately impacted negatively most of our first week. "First of all, Bruno’s home is so much lovelier than the pictures on the website depict. We initially booked thinking 10 or 11 people would be traveling with us to Sardinia, but unfortunately they were not able to come. The house could have easily fit them and a few others.
