We loved the size of the space and the gift basket was a nice touch. Plus we were able to check in early. We did find the door into the unit was hard to open and would not close easily. The door to the balcony was locked, where we did not have access and some of the windows were broken, where you could not open them. We were four people and we could have used extra blankets (as there was none) and more coffee k-cups (as there were only two). We also asked for some paper towels or napkins but only got more kleenex boxes... since the unit has a full kitchen, we thought this should be a given.

The hotel seems like a converted apartment building. The suites are roomy and have a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and separate bedroom which is great. The place was clean but could use a lot of updating. Felt pretty dated and the bathroom had cheap/old fixtures. The mattress was simply awful. Like sleeping on a wooden board. But the location was great, 5 minute walk to the closest subway station and easy to get anywhere. That was the trade off.

This hotel was perfect. It was walkable and there is a grocery store/pharmacy near by. The heat in our unit didn’t work so we were cold but that was a minor issue

Hotel is a converted apartment building. Rooms were very clean but getting a little long in the tooth. Staff was very nice and helpful. The main negative, and this is not the hotel's fault, is there is an open air drug sanctuary in front of a building literally ½ block away. Not a good look. They kept to themselves and I really did not feel unsafe walking past it with my daughter during the daytime but I would absolutely avoid it at night.

Great service and rooms for the hotel with a convenient location. Some things could be improved, namely the bathroom looks old and the breakfast options are limited. Everything else however is excellent.
