You are renting the entire space including the main floor, upper level, and basement lower level.
Our property is situated in the neighbourhood of Downtown Yonge East, located just east of Yonge Street.

Please make sure to leave everything as it was upon arrival. Please do not move any furniture to prevent property damage which may lead to possible charges. Please note a $1000 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your payment method during your stay.
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. As this is a TOWNHOUSE, we are quite close to neighbours who are sensitive to smoke. If you must smoke or vape, please take a stroll around the neighbourhood. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in penalties up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.
Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).
Also, no more than the stated guests may stay overnight. We have close neighbours and live nearby so we want to ensure we have quiet and respectful guests.
We have zero tolerance for violations of house rules.
