The staff were really good, the one gentleman walked us to our uber to make sure we got into the vehicle safely when we had to leave very early. The room was clean but definitely outdated. The building is shared with a strip club so the music got a little loud, more so when the window was opened. The area is just slightly too far to comfortably walk to the downtown area in my opinion but ubering right downtown is inexpensive. Overall a decent stay, and was not bad in the slightest especially if you’re not spending a bunch of time in the hotel.

Nothing positive about this hotel . It’s needs total upgrade don’t know why it’s on Expedia. First of all the bar downstairs is a gentleman’s club so this is not a family hotel. The rooms are outdated no fridge or microwave. While staying there our room was not serviced at all even though I had asked for it to be cleaned never got done . The rooms are original from when the hotel opened nothing was changed not even the beds . Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed .

This is easily the best value in downtown Toronto. My only real complaint was the lack of hot water, but outside of that, if you're looking for value and a place to stay that's very central, this is probably your best bet.

Great budget friendly place to stay, close to downtown hub. Probably not a good place for families to stay, as there is a strip club on the main floor, but was a perfect choice for a quick trip to toronto for a concert.

We spent the one night there and it was awesome! Very clean room and lovely reception staff. Easy walking distance to Scotia Bank arena. Will go back again in a heartbeat!
