I have been coming to this hotel for the past 8 years and it’s starting to show it’s age. The walkway from the parkade to the lobby has a funky Miley odour. The same odour was in the closet in my room when I opened the closet door. I found a lot of hair in the carpets and bathroom floor of my room. Overall the room was not clean. Due to covid, I did not get any house cleaning services.

Worse hotel ever . No air condition work . Come to room 1005 no air condition work . No remote control for the Tv ,!i called front desk then I have to wait for 28 minutes. well I booked on your site from Toronto, for a Toronto destination, thought it was quoted in Canadian currency, to my surprise it was US. That was a surprise I didn't like. Second, my girlfriend got bitten a few times on her hand, she left after first night, hotel only changed room, next day after checking my credit card, they also charged my credit card for the two nights. They called saying they will reverse charges Overall Poor experience

I booked this property for the indoor swimming pool but the chlorine was so strong that it burned my kids skin. They literally had burn rashes all over their bodies. And it would be nice if in winter they would put comforters on the beds it was very cold for us and we kept having to ask for more blankets and the blankets were very thin. The wallpaper was peeling and the window seals were dirty.

old n bad condition inside the room and smells ! poor n slow services to fix the toilet flush and the table lamp....took them 3 hours to send the bell service to help us to change the room and they told me only one bell man worked that day because the other one called in sick...very funny reply ! overcharged customer for the parking garage n dont even know the misc charge for what...actually !
