Courtyard by Marriott was a vert nice hotel. My family and I enjoyed all the amenities around the hotel. However there was an unusual amount of flies in the room and around the window, but the rest of the hotel and our stay there was nice.

First room killed spiders, leaky & moldy ceiling, and had to be moved. Second room had a broken phone, TV did not work, and was a downgrade until asked for a similar room to what was paid for. We had to move again to a third room on final day. It was an upgrade but the room was not well kept. Rusty sink, dirty drapes, dusty appliances, and dirty chairs. The elevator buttons are broken in both cars, and we had a false fire alarm that the staff did not communicate to us about. Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel.

Pleasant one night visit
One night stopover visiting friends in the city. Comfortable, clean and cosy room (upgraded to a suite as a nice surprise). We have stayed at this hotel many times and would not only recommend it but choose it again ourselves.
