location location location
This was a lovely spot and a great location - near cool spots to eat and drink, catch the light rail, run to the grocery store, and walk to the tourist-y areas like CN Tower/Aquarium/Rogers Centre. The hosts were very responsive and the space was clean and accommodating. I would note that the king/queen sizes in the listing are inaccurate - it's more of a twin daybed in the living room, a bedroom with a full bed, and a couch that pushes together into a queen/king-ish size, NOT a fold-out, but more like two chaise loungers next to each other to form a bed. We made it work, but for a family of 5 it was a bit of a misdirection. I'd also note that parking is not included, but there is reasonable public parking next door.

We had an overnight stay in this property with three teenagers. Cosy in terms of beds but totally fine with three separate beds for them in the living area and a bedroom for my husband and I. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom and beautifully clean. Small balcony with room for two to sit on. Sadly there’s no longer a CN Tower view as new buildings have gone up. Very centrally located with just a 15 minute walk to the CN Tower. Lovely deli supermarket next door. Host was very communicative and resolved any confusion we had quickly. He also allowed us to stay a bit longer whilst we waited for our flights which was very welcomed although would only be possible if no booking the next day. Thanks!

Parking ticket
Condo was clean. Communication with owner was poor. We were never told where to park but we had to retrieve the condo key in the parking garage so we parked in the condo building parking garage . I got a $75 parking ticket for parking in the condo building garage. When I reached out to the owner he replied that he never told me to park in the condo building. Terrible reply. Plus he advertised a TV but it only had one channel Amazon Prime so no sports and no news. This owner needs to work on being more detailed on what is and is not with his condo. I have stayed at many VRBO places and this is the first bad experience I have had. I would never stay there again. I have requested the owner reimburse me the $75 for the parking ticket and of course no reply. I will be asking VRBO for the reimbursement.

This is a beautiful apartment with a great bathroom. Very clean with lots of linens available Washer and dryer are in the apartment which is great. Parking was available but the host was not specifix about where we could park and we ended up with a ticket. directions from host in general could have been better. Only 4 of eveything in the kitchen so you run out of forks quickly. Location great and right by a grocery store which was awesome.

Nice place but not for 5 people. There is one full/queen bed in the bedroom, a single in dinning room area so it’s not private and a sofa. It could accommodate 4 if privacy isn’t an issue. Parking nearby and grocery store was great, within walking distance to many things. Responsive host, clean and modern place.

Cute lil condo
Small condo with one bedroom, 2nd bed in a “alcove”. 2 more can sleep on the couches. Balcony is tiny but can accommodate 2 people at the bistro table. Washer/dryer/dishwasher. Spotless. Just couple blocks from Rogers stadium. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Right across from train tracks but didn’t notice any noise issues of any sort.

Great location, felt very safe.
The location was ideal for walking to Roger’s Center and Scotiabank Arena. The condo complex was very clean. The unit itself was mostly clean. The carpet in the bedroom hadn’t been vacuumed and the closet door was broken, plus the remote for the tv did not work. But the owner brought new batteries the next day. The unit is lacking a few things but overall it was comfortable.

The Property owner made every effort to help us get in and was involved in the check in and check out and when we left a couple of shirts behind, he offered to mail them out to us. He took a couple of challenging circumstances and made it right and prompted me to write a positive review. !

Advertised view of CN tower, a pool and hot tub- not accurate. Kitchen had the bare minimum but for our purposes it worked great. Walking distance to Roger’s Stadium and perfect size for our small group. Owner very communicative and reasonable. Worked with us for an early arrival..time.

Two days in Toronto
Once we were able to gt into the apartment we had a wonderful time. The apartment is clean, well fitted with all needs, and in a wonderful location. We would certainly stay here again. The property owner was both accommodating and quick to reply to all of our questions. It was wonderful being within walking distance to downtown, the CT Tower, the Aquarium, and the Scotiabank Arena. Also wonderful restaurants.

Perfect within Walking Distance of the CN Tower. The Check In was difficult because the owner forgot to tell the Security and we nearly weren't allowed to use the Apartment. The Apartment ist nice but definitely too small for us 5. Blankets, Pillows, towels, cutlery and dishes were not enough for 5 but after 48 hours were delivered to us. Parking ist

3h avant mon arrivée j ai reçu un mail du logeur disant que je ne devais pas parler au concierge et une sorte d escape game pour trouver les clefs a un endroit caché. On doit sonner pour rentrer dans l immeuble donc le concierge a été virulant avec nous et je ne savais pas quoi répondre de peur de n avoir nul part ou dormir le soir. Quand j ai demandé des explications au logeur je n en ai pas eu et après il a arrêté de répondre. Je n ai pu avoir accès au billard, sauna ou autre mentionné sur l annonce. Ce logement ne devrait pas être commercialisé Je suis furieuse! Dans l annonce il est mis parking mais pas autorisé pour les locations donc pas de parking non plus. Bref retirez cette annonce de votre site. Ce n est pas sérieux qu elle y soit! On est a la limite de l escroquerie. J ai payé pour des services non eux, on avait qu une hâte partir de là car peur de se faire virer comme des déliquants!

L'endroit est super très propre parcontre tout est faux pour beaucoup de choses -Aucun lit King C'est le divan le troisième lit. -1 lit Queen et 1 lit simple seulement -Aucun stationnement fournis comme mentionné ont doit payé 25$/jours dans un parking a 5 min à pied - Aucune piscine intérieure aucun spa et sauna accessible au visiteur ce sont pour les locataires des condos seulement. -Table de pool et salle de cinéma démontrer sur les photos non disponible aussi. -La vue sur la tour du CN est casiment nul. -Aucun bbq et le balcon est très petit seulement pour 2 personnes assise . Du beaux rêves en photo pour le prix payé!! Très déçu
