"Such a nice, clean property. The bathroom was spacious, loved the shower. Great working kitchen. Close parking. It was a little hard to locate the property after dark. Good thing Google maps worked! What I liked best was sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains & the clouds over Lake Arenal. We loved our time here."

"We got an upgrade because the room we had reserved was not ready. The upgraded room had 3 beds and 2 baths. The bathroom was huge and the furniture was beautiful. The view of the lake and volcano was gorgeous. The wrap around terrace was stunning. This was 10x better than the one bedroom, one bath we had. "

"I think the place has great potential, the view is great, has great access and location. A bit breezy, but I liked that. A couple appliances did not work (Stove and coffee maker), probably not reported to the manager, as I mentioned it to a employee and a maintenance company was there promptly the next morning. The kitchen is nice, although sparcely outfitted. The bedroom would be a lot nicer with a dresser and a place to hang clothes. Wifi was good. The bathroom felt more like a laundry room...

"The condo was clean and looked exactly as listed! It was well located and was perfect for seeing stuff on the west side of Lake Arenal. However the air conditioning and WIFI did not work. We reached out to the host and the property office via email and no one responded. Not having WiFi made it very difficult to make plans and figure out where things were. May consider staying here again but only if those issues are corrected. "

"Nice overall. Beds were a bit worn and could have used more towels, even though we only had 5 people. The locatin is a bit out of the way. So, expect 45 minutes minum to get to points of interest. Not an issue as long as you prep for it."

"Great condo but a little thin on furnishings. Windy and hilly location. Even a walk to the pool was a challenging uphill walk back. Carla was great."

"Absolutely beautiful property in a totally private and stunning location - the photos do not do this place justice!!! Our host was so welcoming and generous, with the remote location he suggested great takeaway deliveries and we had delicious pizzas ordered to our door, however there is also a local town within driving distance to eat out. "This property was beautiful, comfortable, and made you feel one with nature. They have onsite spa, hot spring pools to soak in, and outdoor volcanic mud experience that is very unique. The food at the main restaurant is delicious, and the staff are very friend. Would definitely recommend!"

"This was my favorite place in Costa Rica. The staff went above and beyond and were so friendly! The cabin we were in had a pond/lake in front and streams behind. There were hikes right beside our cabin. The food was delicious! If they have their homemade pineapple jam when you are there make sure to have it. "
