"Love the view of Mount Fuji from certain rooms and at the ryokan compound on a clear day. A little tricky getting to place using navigation online map but you will get there eventually. Breakfast is value for money. Great service."

"I think HAOSTAY is very value for money as the rooms are big (as of Japan standards) and it offers a great view of Fuji from the room window and rooftop. The Japanese or sandwich breakfast options were great. It is a 15 min walk from the train station which is manageable. For transport to the train station, they have fixed vehicle trips at 9am, 9.30am and 10am. It is recommended to book them the night beforehand as there are only spaces for approx 7-9pax. All in all, I would definitely come back again if I were to go to Kawaguchiko."

"This stay has been amazing! The staff were very friendly and nice. The only con about this stay is that the hotel is pretty far from any of the things that most people want to do in the My Fuji area. The room service was delicious & the balcony Mt Fuji view room was breathtaking! "
