"There's no shampoo, there is a washing machine but no detergent, the clothes drying rack provided is also broken... I can buy all these in a nearby supermarket but just made my stay stressful. Also very wasteful just for a few nights stay. Need to mention that the luggage storage service is not on-site and you have to pay your own. The apartment staff suggested a place nearby but then I noticed it actually does not open on the weekend. You would not want to deal with all these hassles during...

"Overall our experience was good. We did come in on a Friday night and there was a lot of banging at the main door and the door directly leading to the set of rooms. Other than that everything was safe. We had one big bed and one single bed. The single bed was similar to a piece of wood rather than a mattress. "

"Studio was lovely- exactly as advertised. Building is run down and took a little getting used to. Street very busy and noisy but studio totally quiet. Just need to walk a block off Rakoczi to find quiet quaint neighborhoods. Communication with manager was excellent- thanks Lazlos! Studio was well supplied with basics . Would stay there again for an experience of some real life in Budapest!"

"I stayed at West side garden apartments which is a 7 floor brand new building. The apartment was big and cozy with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. There was also a washing machine and a dryer and the toilet is at a separate room from the bathroom. It’s is well located, quiet and safe area with some choices for breakfast and a 24h grocery shop. I will definitely choose it again when I return to Budapest "

"The place is ok although it had a bit of a college dorm feel to it. The rooms lacked proper lighting, it reminded me of a dreary hotel in Russia. The bathrooms were renovated with great lighting. The place is rather large but not too inviting. We spent very little time in the rooms so it didn’t affect us much but I seem to remember the pictures looking better than what we got. "
