"The house is perfect for a couple and dogs. It’s location is excellent, there is a park and sea walk, literally a few minutes away, and an amazing walk down to the dog friendly beach. The harbour and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away. The house is lovely, very light and airy with an open plan downstairs, leading to a private garden and patio area. It is also very quiet, just birds singing. I would strongly recommend this property in Devon."

"This is our second stay in this excellent, comfortable property. The owners have gone to a lot of trouble furnishing the cottage to the highest of standards.... every comfort has been thought of and levels of cleanliness are high. It doesn't matter what type of weather is going on outside, the cottage is still lovely and warm. We will definitely be back. "

"I made the booking via Hotel.com and 5 hours after I paid I had an email that I had to pay a £50 mandatory fee for facilities passes at the park. I questioned this as nothing was stated via booking and the price stated was the final price I paid. I had emails from a 3rd party called travelnest and also getting emails from someone asking for £50. The whole booking was a mess. Eventually I spoke to the host and he kept saying its written in the description of this extra charge when I never saw it,...

"The house was lovely and clean but in need of a freshen up. With 6 adults there was not enough comfy chairs available - one armchair and a 3 seater sofa. Also if you have more than one car and they are both SUVs they will not fit on the drive due to a narrow entrance. However, saying that the location was ideal for walks around Babbacombe and St Mary Church."
