"Things we loved: the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the hospitality, our cozy room, the daily breakfast and dinner at Steam, convenient location, many things located within walking distance, valet service, guest services checking in with us via text. One thing to note: this is a very pet friendly hotel. We had a barking dog in the room next to us. It only seemed to bark when the owner was away. So gratefully it didn't bark at night. If I had known about the pet policy, I would have asked for a room not adjacent to a pet owner. But otherwise the hotel provided an amazing trip for us. We would definitely consider returning. "

"Always an amazing place. I had not stayed here in so long, and when i saw the renovations, I was speechless. Couple of things I would change - more closet space - tall enough for dresses - room I stayed would not allow; couple of refillable water bottles; and shower head definetely needs one with pressure."
