"Nice rooms but pools were missing tiles. I had higher expectations of the restaurant for a five star hotel. Some of the local staff members were rude - especially this middle aged male server who almost yelled at me for wanting a drink. He messed up the drink anyway - ordered a Cabernet and he brought me white wine. The bellboy was very kind and helpful but the lady at the reception who checked us in was merely mean. Long wait times for everything. Tiny indoor pool."

"The location is excellent; however the building is dilapidated. There is a huge mosquito problem due to the lack of regular fumigation. On the good side, the restaurant has excellent food and service and the beach is super nice. "

"Conveniently located close to the beach. The room was clean, modern and comfortable - balcony was also nice. The amenities are great for a nice summer stay. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices, dinner was also very nice and excellent value. Krassimir at the front desk was very polite and attentive - all personnel were kind and greeted us every time. We will definitely stay here again when back in Varna."

"It was a beautiful hotel with a spectacular view. It was across the street from the beach and a ton of restaurants, shops, bars (one of them is an Eiffel Tower, carnival rides, ect. The noise from all that goes on until 3AM. That’s not a complaint. If you are across from all that you should expect noise. I mention it to suggest packing ear plugs. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean. We splurged for a balcony and I’m so glad we did. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable!! It had everything you could possibly imagine and it was delicious. The other bonus was free parking. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. "
