Staff is very attentive in many locations, namely ski rental equipment, restaurants but reception lacks the attention and persnal service to elevate the stay to higher standards. "A state of art luxurous hotel. It was a sanitorium for tuberculosis patients before around 80 years that has converted to a hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location with a very cold weather. Great dining options. Two things that i didn't like in this stay that i need to menion 1) booked three rooms and was surprised by the reception to hold 27000 TL for the stay. "We were a family of 7 with four children. This apartment was amazing! One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Very spacious, a good central location with taxis into the main central area. The staff were brilliant, so approachable and kind. Apartment was very clean, loved all the little finishing touches like the lights, the decor, was brilliant. The courtyard outside is nice n quiet and a lovely space. So pleased. Would definitely book this again if we ever return back to Bursa!"

"We enjoyed our stay in Lena Flats. The suite was large. The space was clean. The bed comfortable...we even had an outdoor area to ourselves which we did not get to use much due to the rainy weather. Everything we needed was provided and everything worked in the bathroom (although the bathroom was the type where the whole floor gets wet when you shower.) Lena Flats is good value for money."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely fantastic—every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was a treat, and they ensured we were always well-fed. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the slopes with convenient ski-in, ski-out access. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!"
