"Location of property is perfect for the beach, access to local playground, cafes and awesome fish and chips. Electrical appliances are from the late 80's, as is most of the furniture. The vegetable grater and saucepan are soviet union relics. Didn't trust the appliances for safety, so did not use. Other facilities (kitchen and bathroom) are dated but functional. Good enough communication with managing real estate agency. Also, no air con and no way to make bedrooms dark enough for kids to sleep...
