"My wife and son loved the free bubble and still water offered in the lobby. It was hot in the city for the duration of our stay so the ice cold water was a nice touch. The pool was also really nice and not bust at all (we never encountered anyone). Location was excellent. We loved the market which was just across the street. Unfortunately the market was closed during the day on Monday and Wednesday. "

"We had an upgrade because the first room had a broken toilet sit. We didn't ask for it, the hotel just gave it to us. We booked on line and paid before we got there so they offered $1.00 a day parking. We also had free breakfast which was wonderful. Great start to our day in the city. Loved our stay. "

"This is our usual go-to choice when staying in Melbourne (2x Adults with 1x Child). But their recent change of only servicing your room every three days means that a weekend away will not allow you to experience a 'new room' feeling when arriving back from your daily travels. This is making me feel like we stayed in a Motel rather than a CBD Hotel."
