"The property was great. It turned out that we were only one street away from our son's house so it was so convenient and easy to get to his house. The boy's had fun playing pool in the basement one evening."

"Great stay, clean and comfortable! Within easy walking distance to the bars, but in a quiet neighborhood. Owner/property manager was very responsive when I needed help. Keep in mind if you're tall, it is a "tiny house": the kitchen ceiling is probably 6'4" or so."

"Stayed for one night to be able to quickly get the BGSU preview day. Location was perfect, neighborhood was very quiet. Home was very clean inside and out. The home is very small/cozy with updates in the kitchen and bathroom. We did have trouble getting the bedrooms to not to get to hot, halfway through the night we figure out how to keep the temp down. based on furnace set-up and uneven floors it was apparent the home had been added onto over the years. "

"We were attending a wedding by Grand Rapids and this house was a perfect place to stay. It was very close to the venue and Grand Rapids. The house was spacious, clean and very inviting for spending time with friends. "

"My Wife and I stayed 3 nights in Jan and had a great time. Close to anything downtown and some great views. We had no problems with check in or out. Home is very well equipped and stocked with anything you need. Only problem we had was trying to figure out the remote lol. We would definitely come back next time maybee when its not below zero and I can catfish!"

"This was such a cute property and a gem of a find! Couldn’t believe our luck in finding a place close to our son’s apartment. It was perfect for coordinating our BGSU visit. Didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen (with so many great restaurants, I wasn’t about to cook!), but it appeared to have everything we’d need. The beds are super comfortable.
