"From arriving @ desk checking in, welcomed by smiles & friendly professionals; thru to requesting additional coffee pods & towels and housekeeping was kind & accommodating. And, the breakfast lady greeting us this morning was sweet! The GM Herver must be a good leader, it filters down to the staff our family interacted with over the 2 days stay! Accountability is obviously part of this HIExpress & I was impressed!"
