"Because of a heat problem in the Mizpah Hotel we were transferred to the Belvada. The Belvada was very nice, roomy, and comfortable. "

"The hotel is beautifully restored and has all the necessary amenities. My only complaint is the room was cold 63* when we arrived. We turned the heat up and went out to eat hoping room would be warm when we returned. Nope.. unbeknownst to us a window had been left open and room temperature was even colder. It was 35* outside. For goodness sake turn on the heat for your guests before they arrive and close the windows. It took the heater two hours to heat the room up. I even turned on the heater in the bathroom to get it warmed up quickler. Unfortunately the room heat has been a problem for us in the past. We have stayed multiple times. Always cold. Probably going to. Different hotel our next trip though.😔"
