"The staff at Simon’s are amazing, very hospitable, friendly and helpful. They are the best source for finding local treasures (shopping, restaurants, activities) and will go out of their way so you enjoy Tonga. "Stayed few nights at this accommodation and it was fantastic. Housekeepers were fabulous making sure our room was cleaned everyday. They provide breakfast and didn’t get the chance to try it due to our schedule leaving early in the morning. Check in was very fast & smooth. The only downside is the parking. The parking was very narrow and had to be careful with parked cars & plants on the opposite side just in case your rental or car get scratched. It is a safe area with a security. Which made...

"Staff was sweet.They were always helpful and professional. The only thing I didn't like was the parking spaces. Because this is also a bar &restaurant the parking spots sometimes full. We had a rental car and we didn't want to park it anywhere else but the hotel. Other then that I enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much."

"Such a beautiful property very convenient and close to town ocean view lovely staffs and sweet. Good food at the restaurant below as well serves such a good breakfast meal fresh organic tropical fruits can’t wait to go back again! Rooms are great for families and little ones big and spacious! "

"I enjoyed my stay, helpful staff and very good choice relative to the money charged. Need for transportation options varies btw. taxis and rent a cars, not very close to center of town."

"There is absolutely no staff in this property. There is only a Chinese couple who looks after this so called hotel. They don't even speak proper English and it is very difficult to converse with them. There was no room service, no daily room make up and no room management at all. The breakfast was made by that Chinese guy who only gave me limited food in a single plate. Absolutely pathetic place to stay. I will not recommend this to anyone."

"I’ve been to a couple of places ever since I got to Tonga but this by far my favorite. So clean and they have cooking supplies and a whole kitchen in my studio room. It was a studio but it’s big. ‘Uliti was so sweet and professional. Wifi hardly worked but it wasn’t a problem cos I had my own hotspot. Thank you again for being kind and good customer service."

"Easy to book. Map was not accurate but we found it in the end! No wifi available. Rooms all clean and the property was well furnished. Excellent support from the property manager in the adjacent property who went above and beyond. Couldn't recommend her highly enough."

"I was visiting a friend volunteering for the Peace Corps just down the road so my location was critical. Was pleasantly surprised upon arriving at the White Sands resort. My room was well apportioned and very clean. It looked out through palms to a beautiful white sand beach and ocean. They even strung a hammock just outside my door which made for excellent down time. "Not a place to stay if you like hot or warm showers. There was hot water sometimes, but never when I wanted it. Not satisfactory for what they are charing. It was good to have a fridge in the room, and a jug for heating water, but there was no way to prepare or even heat foods; not even a microwave"
