"This was my 2nd time staying at Prince Hotel, and like last time, I was very happy with the overall service! Mr. Kevin Lam assisted me with the check-in process as well as the dinner reservation. He was pleasant, friendly and helpful! Once I reached my hotel room, he even made a courtesy call and asked if I was satisfied with my room! "Spent a wonderful 5 days with my family (two kids aged 5 and 8) and my mum who is 72. We got two interconnected rooms which were comfortable and clean. We had lovely views of Kowloon too. The staff were super helpful. The concierge team helped us book a table at a restaurant. They even helped us locate my son’s lost backpack left in a taxi. Breakfast buffet was next level. A lot of options to choose from and not crowded. Will stay there again!"
