"It was perfect. Niagra River and trail was across the street and easily accessible. We could hear the Falls from the house. We easily walked to the Niagra Falls State Park and the Falls from the Carriage House. The Carriage House is charming. It was clean. The price is great."

"The kitchen and washer/dryer room were fully stocked. The place was very clean. Located a short drive to Center Street, Artpark or the Niagara River. The bed sizes were listed incorrectly. It says 3 queen bedrooms. We found only 1 queen bedroom, 1 double bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom. Although we were able to squeeze in, it was inconvenient. The listing says sleeps 6. I am not sure where the 6th person is supposed to sleep. May we also suggest having at least 6 seats in the living room as that...

"Excellent! Being on a dead end street was a wonderful surprise! It was very quiet and peaceful. And it was so close to a little trail to a nice beach. Easy to get to Niagara Falls and Lewiston sites. We will do this again!!!"
