We slept well and had a wonderful time walking to the beach just across the street. Only improvement would be in breakfast, which was fine but didn’t fit the rest of the hotel quality and service"

"This property is all about location. It’s fabulous! The Avant staff were incredibly responsive and very accommodating. We stayed at the property for six weeks and very much enjoyed our stay! (This unit is on the bottom of a larger privately owned unit that sits behind and over this one. Something to note is that if there are occupants in the upstairs unit it can be very noisy.)"
