"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Room 14 was fantastic and we would happily stay again. We didnt see anything that warranted a low score and the breakfast was great, with a nice choice available. The hotel is just a stroll from the beach with good parking available. Thank you for a lovely couple of nights at your lovely hotel. "

"Cosy Bee was a really good place to stay. I enjoyed my time there."

"It was the front room of a townhouse converted to a bnb so there were no thrills. The bathroom was ensuite and had free wifi which was not secure but did the job if you’re using other security measures. There was no do not disturb tag for the door and I think someone entered my room while I was still asleep. "

"A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. "Lovely accommodation including spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom. Shared kitchen which is useful. More than ample parking which is free. In great proximity for Glastonbury, Wells, Cheddar, Longleat etc, 5 min drive to nearest pub restaurant. Friendly owners. Recommended."

"The staff was awesome! We arrived late and did self check in it was simple. We left our luggage there the next morning because we had 6:30 am tickets for Stonehenge and they took care of it. The hotel is across the street from the train station and walking distance to all of Salisbury. We would stay there again. "

"I stayed for Easter 2025 with my Aunt and we had a lovely time. The hotel is central to walk to the beach and shopping centre and the bus stop to get around outside. The staff are exceptional and supportive. The room was spacious and very clean The Breakfast is full English and it was a great start to our day. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens and we will return Such value for money "

Celebrating 50th Birthday

"We booked a junior suite as we were celebrating a special birthday. The suite was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view looking at the ocean. You can lie on the bed and see the ocean. Breakfast was very enjoyable. I would stay again. The only downside was paying to park at the hotel. Which was £12. I think it should be included in the room price. "

"We were on a family trip, and chose the hotel for the indoor pool, was affordable and close to beach. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and breakfast was excellent. We will stay again. Highly recommend."
