"We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. Only issue was the listing says there’s 3 bedrooms (accurate) and 2 rooms with futons in them, but there was a couch in the den and a small couch in the living room, not really beds. Listing could use some more updated, accurate photos to show how it’s clearly a lived in house and not a full time rental."

"Guest house is comfortable and set-up well. We stayed here for family weekend at UConn. It was a great home base for us. We loved the driving the local roads back and forth. We did not use the kitchen but appreciated the extra space and to relax during a busy weekend."

"Family gathered from several different states for a large wedding event. We all enjoyed being able to be together in one place. The house wasn’t perfectly spotless and stained carpets and too many things on the walls but nothing terrible. It was all easily overlooked because we were all together with lots of room to spread out if needed."

" Convienently located, quiet, and the host is very communcative. Things of note: This is a second floor home with steep narrow stairs. I would not recommend if you have mobility issues. Advertised washer/dryer was not present. It is an older home with good bones but needs a serious refresh. The paint is old and dull with lots of patch work and stains. "Enchanting and eclectic. Well loved home with the children's highth recorded on the kitchen wall. Light in every room during the day and dark as a cave at night. If you want seclusion this is the place. Watch the stars and view the animals. Looking forward to a summer rental. 5 stars"

"Place was very clean. Had everything we needed. we only left twice to get dinner. Views were amazing, beds were very comfortable. The dock and deck were really nice and private and comfortable !
