Also slightly surprised the receptionist tried to charge me as I was leaving, as I'd paid via hotels.com (I'd already handed over the money when I thought to check my visa card online, close call)."

"This place was a great surprise. The listing included all of the spaces, but I had no expectation it would be so nice. Two courtyards, beautiful 360 views from rooftop terrace, spacious breakfast room. All of the staff were tremendously helpful. I would think this place should be a 4-star hotel. Short walk to the cathedral & rooftop view. South of the main tourist areas, thus quiet."

"Thin walls between rooms Had a lamp which was faulty, twice had to request bulb be changed , finally lamp was replaced. Also, wall outlet nearest bed was not functioning. Lack of elevator meant lugging my very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.No coffee maker in room , should be a given in hotel rooms these days ."
