staff was friendly, and easy parking at Paseo de la rosa.The room was terrible though, I did not sleep there and left to another hotel. There are better options in the city that are only slightly more expensive.

Good for a cheap stay
This is not a luxury hotel. But it was great for a few nights. The room was basic and small, but perfectly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which was really welcome after a long drive. Being slightly out of the centre of Toledo was actually a good thing - parking was a lot easier, and there were cheap local eating places easily available.

ミニマムな設備ですが、部屋は清潔感があり快適でした。 シャワーも温度湯量ともに申し分なく、排水もバッチリで、手入れが行き届いていると思います。 3階の部屋で階段での昇り降りは正直キツかったですが、駅近のホテルでこの宿泊料金は本当にありがたかったです！

El hostal está limpio y la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable. El problema estuvo con la cama. Una de la patas estaba rota y por dos veces me fui al suelo con el susto correspondiente. Lo peor ha venido esta mañana cuando al irnos informamos en el hostal del hecho para que lo subsanaran para el próximo cliente y su respuesta ha sido que eran conocedores de eso y que iban a cambiar la cama justamente hoy. Creo que es importante cuidar los detalles pero mucho más a los clientes.

El personal fue amable, pero hubo cosas eje no me gustaron. En el baño de mi habitación por lo visto había un panel de abejas, la solución, poner un cartón y sellar los agujeros, aún así seguían saliendo no se me ofreció ninguna solución, solo esa, sellar por donde podían entrar con el peligro que eso conlleva, hay que llamar a los bomberos para quitar en panel , no volveré
