"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sercotel Alfonso VI for two nights. The check-in was easy. We loved the size of the room, the linens, and nice view of the city. The location is in the center of town across the street from the Alcazar and one block from the main plaza. Our room was very large with a separate bath with toilet, 2 sinks, and combined tub and shower. The combined tub and shower was not very useful in our view. "Overall stay was good, the hotel is a bit dated. I didn’t reserve parking which was my fault, but was told parking on the street will be ok by the reception. Woke up in the morning with rental car towed by the police. Don’t trust the staff and do your own research "

"Our room was nice and the location of the hotel was great! Close to the town and we walked from the train station taking about 15 minutes. Also the hotel has a nice view of Toledo! We did have a sewer type smell coming from our bathroom, however, that we thought would dissipate but it didn't unfortunately. Not sure if other rooms had the same situation. The mattresses on the bed were rather hard so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. All in all would stay here again for the...
