"A few miles outside Cuenca, this was a surprise on the plus side for us as it is in a secluded area with grapevines in front and lots of mature trees Super private. No need to stay in Cuenca as it is a short drive in the morning to get to the hanging houses if Cuenca. The main lounge has a woodburning fireplace which greeted us upon our arrival. "Thin walls between rooms Had a lamp which was faulty, twice had to request bulb be changed , finally lamp was replaced. Also, wall outlet nearest bed was not functioning. Lack of elevator meant lugging my very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.No coffee maker in room , should be a given in hotel rooms these days ."
