A good value for a hotel in this neighborhood, near Tokyo Station. The single room is quite small but all I needed for one night before my flight out.

The room is pretty small. Hotel location is very close to Tokyo Station. Staff is very polite and helpful. Even I left a do not disturb sign on my door, cleaning staff left a bag of clean towels and toiletries outside.

the equipments and setup in the room are quiet old. The air condition grill or condenser in the room is extremely dirty. Woke up in middle of the night and trying to find where did all the dust came from. Additionally for some reason I did smell food around 7 or 8pm ish not sure where it came from no window were opened.
