Very good hotel. I would definitely stay again. The staff is helpful and courteous. Location is good, just 3 stops from Tokyo station. The neighbourhood is nice, with lots of cafes and izakayas. It feels calm!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, unlike other business type hotels, was all frozen food which you microwave in your room. Only a couple breakfast eateries near by that's open in the morning hours. However, lots of eating options for later hours. Stayed in the older hotel section which could use some updating.

Great location
I didn't know this area very well before this trip, but it is actually a great location. Tons of local and less touristy restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel is also very close to a train station so you can get to other parts of Tokyo pretty easily. As the hotel itself, it's pretty basic but gets the job done. Clean room and professional staff.

Staff was extremely polite and understanding of the language barrier that was there. The amenities were nothing short of clean and amazing. The area was a short walk to multitude of restaurants and to the train lines.

Great location to transit. Large suite with washer/dryer and small cook plate. Air conditioning worked very well. We had view of temple near hotel. Carpet in room needed cleaning and the shower curtain was smelly and bathroom could use an update. However the hotel was a good value and had everything we needed.

Enjoyed our stay here despite the bed being smaller than we thought for 2 adults and 1 small child. The dual washer and dryer was super helpful and time saving for us since we could throw in a load right before we left to explore for the day. Overall the room was larger than another Tokyu Stay we stayed at in Tokyo and it was clean and comfortable.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is very close to the subway station and Monzennakacho downtown. There are numerous restaurants and shops around. My room has mini kitchen, plates and utensils, washing machines/ dryer in the room. Absolutely most convenient amenities for long term stays. Check out is 11:00 but can be extended with a small hourly fee, up to 1:00 pm. Highly recommended

I really like this hotel. I have stayed here several times and will stay here again. Just one little problem. I wanted to suspend the limited house cleaning on one day so the garbage could be picked up, the floor vacuumed and get new bed sheets. I removed the blue magnet and do not disturb sign. But the room was not cleaned. Other than that, the stay was great.

The staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel was clean and well-taken care of during our stay. The hotel is located close to public transportation. There are many available restaurants in the area within walking distance. Having a washing machine in the room was convenient.

Just two things not so good: 1) room entire cleaning only happened 1 time in 1 week, though everyday the garbage can be collected, and towel can be changed. 2) Behind the hotel, there is a famous Japanese god temple. the temple every hour drumming one time even at the mid-night.
