The staff were INCREDIBLE! So kind and accommodating during my and my brother's two week stay. Super close to the train line, which was a huge bonus when doing the typical touristy things around Tokyo. Local food options were great, as was the accessibility to convenience stores and pharmacies. Rooms and facilities were clean, with an easily accessible elevator and the like. Staff came by three times during my stay to do a full clean, and they did a fantastic job.
Ran into one issue where I lost my key, and replacing it was 2000 yen. You do get it back if you find the key later, otherwise you're stuck.
If I had ANY complaints, it would be with the included washer and dryer. It is not very intuitive at all, despite some of the English instructions. I wish there was more thorough information on this, even if it was in Japanese. I ran into some trouble at the start of my stay with the filter at the bottom of the unit being loose, and the obscure error code it screams at you didn't help much. However, research and some fiddling got it up and working. Out of all the complaints I could have, this is incredibly minor and not the hotel's fault. It just isn't very foreigner friendly, but it was worth noting if you have limited experience with foreign appliances!
(RE trains: If you need an elevator to get to and from the closest station, use exit 2! It's right across the street from exit 1, which is closest to the hotel.)
Overall, I would absolutely stay here again!
