Pros - excellent location for trains/subways Very clean. Excellent staff. Cons- couldn’t enjoy TV programs due to my absolute lack of Japanese language. Window had faulty seal, regular whistl- ing of air annoying. Only green tea available in room.

Wonderful stay! Lovely soaking tub in our room after a long day of exploring. The staff were kind and helpful. Loved the location as it was in the heart of Ginza!

Had to self scan our passports on arrival using a machine, which was a bit of a nightmare after travelling for 30 hours. Staff weren’t very helpful and just left us to it, then were rude to us and laughing amongst themselves when the machine cancelled the process. Put a bit of a dark shadow over our stay, after having such positive experiences with hotel staff during our other stays. Toilet is in a different room to the sink and shower. Toilet room had sparks/stains of goodness knows what up the walls. Nice area to stay in Ginza, close to everything

Everything was perfect. I just wished they had a phone in the room to call the lobby anda full mirror, some things had dust but i noticed it was in the hotel in general, but the rooms and lobby are nice and staff if super cool
