Be careful not to book a smoking room here, I wasn't paying attention when I booked mine and the smell on the smoking floor and in the room was unbearable. The staff was helpful and moved me to a non-smoking room when one became available. I recommend skipping the breakfast here. The service was slow (not buffet style) and the food was unremarkable with limited options.

The staff was courteous, the place was cozy and clean. I liked the laundry option on the floor. The Lawson store was very convenient on the entrance floor. The hotel's location near train stations was excellent. I didn't like the transparent windows for the bathroom nor the transparent door to the bathroom. The room was really small for two people. It was a good experience, although not the most comfortable in terms of the size of the room and its design.

Good location about 5 min from Shinbashi stn. and the convenient store, Lawson is just connect to the hotel. It’s a big plus for sure ! The room is a bit tiny but it has everything & clean. We liked to pick amenity stuffs at lobby:)

We’ve stayed at other Sotetsu Fresa hotels in Japan, and unfortunately, this one is the worst. While it’s fairly comfortable, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bathroom floor has stains that really need a good bleaching. I’m not sure why there’s a gap between the mattress and the headboard, but I happened to peek through it and noticed a large amount of dust. It was a bit unsettling to be sleeping right above all that. Also, I don’t understand the see-through bathroom door and windows. There are blinds for privacy, but it’s a hassle to keep adjusting them every time. I won't be staying at this branch again.
