The staff are very helpful from the arrival time to the end of stay. Check-in and check-out are both simple, with staff available to assist at all times. Left luggage is a breeze too, coming early and leaving late is never a problem. Room is big in Tokyo standard, and price is very fair.

The staffs are accomodating. They can help us send / forward our luggage to the next hotel. We bought the breakfast package which include a set of japanese breakfast, or if you prefer there is western option. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Shimbashi Station, making it very convenient for transportation and exploring Tokyo. The room was clean and well-maintained, though it felt a little small. The window faces another building, so natural sunlight is limited during the day. The staff and service were outstanding—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The property condition and facilities were good, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area is also nice, with plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby. Overall, a good value for the price.
