This hotel is in a very safe area It has a beautiful walking area within the resort with amazing trees and beautiful scenery, staff has been excellent, the dinning options are excellent, very clean very spacious. Highly recommend you stay here if you come to japan it really is amazing.

The facility is old and the floor where my room locates smells very bad like a cigarette room. Gym equipment should be upgraded. Staff was kind but lack of explaining. Ex. They didn’t want to provide stays credit and never explained the reason why. Next time I might go other hotels if I pay $200-300 per night.

The gym is not adequate as there are no weights. The washroom in the room is very out dated. There are very few ac charging outlets in each bedroom and nothing next to the bed. This hotel needs to be updated very badly.

This property is very convenient to the JR Shinagawa Station and the free shuttle to there and Meguro Station is a very good service. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful every time I have stayed.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Only complaint is that Marriott did not recognize this stay because we booked through hotels.com. Most disappointing as we’ve never booked any other way than through the Marriott site and didn’t realize Marriott would not count these nights towards our stays.
