Smaller in person vs what is seen on the pictures. They do provide complimentary toiletries. Very close to a station so access to the rest of Tokyo was easy. There wasn’t any cool air so the room did feel really warm.

Really home like feeling here. It is so cozy and cute little rooms. The surrounding neighborhood is so beautiful and has amazing restaurants within feet of this hotel. Bed was a little too firm and breakfast was not as good as I had hoped the buffet would be but overall a really nice time

We enjoyed our stay although it is far from main Tokyo. Hotel was closed to NishiKasai station- 5 min walk. We love the buffet breakfast - not free. (1500 yen/per person). Hotel is clean and smells good.

Says they have air conditioning, but they do not. The hotel staff informed me that the temperature is controlled and set at one temperature and the rooms can not individually change them. So after being in 90 degree weather outside all day to coming into a stuffy room too. And i also complained that it smelled like smoke, IN A NONE SMOKING ROOM. I had a headache every night from the smell. Its a very old room with rust and hard beds

The room is definitely too small for two individuals to fit into comfortably, with nowhere really to put luggage. The mattresses stiff and the pillows thin. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest either, there is evidence of molds in corners and rust on certain metal objects. The closeness to the metro station and a lot of stores was really good.

The stay was fine, but there were multiple issues that shouldn't be overlooked. - Firstly, there were only two plugins in the entire room. Closest one to the bed was a desk by the doorway. - The A/C unit in my room did not work. My room was stuck at 23c the entire night. I could increase the temperature, but had no way to decrease it. - The pillows are pretty bad. Tiny square pillows that even when I used all of the ones in the room didn't do much.

We made the mistake of booking a smoking room. We take full responsibility for that, but the state of the room regardless was quite bad. And the pictures provided while booking look absolutely nothing like the room we stayed in. The room itself was so small we could barely walk between the bed and desk. The room was very dated and had obviously not been updated in a long time. The sink was cracked in the bathroom and there was mold in the crack. The tub was marked up where it had been scuffed and looked very old. We used wipes to wipe off light switches and the desk and they were all brown by the time we were done. This hotel appeared close to Disney, but the way the subway takes you, it still takes about an hour to get there regardless so I would definitely stay somewhere else if you’re looking for somewhere to stay near Disney that’s cheap.
