A short walk from Tokyo Station, this hotel is by far one of the best I have stayed in while visiting Tokyo. The cleanliness was superior and the staff was very accommodating and helpful with transportation and dining sugestions.

Oakwood feels like my second home. The staff are exceptionally nice—warm and accommodating without being overbearing. The location is perfect for commuting anywhere in central Tokyo. My favorite features are the well-equipped kitchen and the laundry facilities, which make my stay even more comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. Always on alert to help you if you needed it. Downstairs is a Lawson‘s quick market which is very convenient It’s a location right next to Tokyo Station can’t be beat. And it’s very walkable to Ginza. We will definitely stay there again.

The property offers a studio room with modern kitchen and washing facilities on high floors. It is very conveniently located close to Tokyo Station which makes travel easy around Tokyo. Plenty of dining options nearby or you could prepare your own meals in the room. One concern was that finding the parking entrance to the hotel was tricky since there was only a tiny signboard visible from the road. Another concern was the throughness of the cleaning services of the room. Otherwise, a good choice especially if you are here on business for a longer stay.

The hotel is difficult to find in the hustle and bustle of the city, the door is tucked inside another building with various options of where to go, and the instructions did not state to come to a door and be called to enter. Besides being frustrated and tired from being lost, it was a good location.
