Super, super clean and convenient hotel. Friendly staff. Walking distance from train station, bus station, restaurant and temple. It’s not luxurious, but we loved our stay on this hotel.

OMO 5 Gotanda is wonderful!
Our stay was wonderful! We loved everything about the OMO 5 Gotanda. The decor, the cleanliness, the food and friendly staff were perfect. The location was also great. There was easy access to train lines, but the Gotanda neighborhood was also fun. Plenty of great food and shopping. If you stay here you must have the Japanese breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

オープンしたてで人生初の星野グループでした。1-14階までのエレベーターが少し遅いと感じましたが、14-20階はとても早いですw 中庭もロビーもとても綺麗でWi-Fiもとても早いです。タオルも過去一の吸水性で何枚か欲しいくらいでした。欠点はチェックイン後部屋の洗面器のタオルのかけ棒に前宿泊者のつけまつ毛が残っていたのがありました。死ぬほど笑いました。ですが忙しすぎてちゃんと掃除できてないのかな？と思われるかもしれないですね。あと窓際で自分は寝てたのですが、一日中軋む音がしてたのは風なのか、上下の階の影響なのか、高所恐怖症の妻は怖がって部屋の中央から窓側には一歩も足を踏み入れなかったです。総合して価値ある一泊でしたが、他の星野も試して再評価しようと思います

Leider kann ich nicht gute Bewertung schreiben. Wir haben 4 nachts OMO5 übernachtet , dann 2te Tag ist jemand einen Brief gelassen und sie haben uns gesagt, dass wir zu wenig bezahlt haben. Sie wollten noch über 80000 yen von uns verlangen. Das war eine systemfehler zwischen Expedia und Hotel, wir wollten mit Manager reden aber war er immer nicht da, es war unglaublich nicht professionelle Kommunikation. Schade.

房間整體設計還好，很多生活動線的小細節被忽略的，所以會覺得不適哪麼方便， 例如： 1) 房間沒有咖啡杯用的小湯匙，小屁孩要吃蛋糕點心的時候很不方便． 2) 廁所使用感應燈，會讓小孩嚇一跳，　因為上到一半廁所沒有燈， 3) 房間廁所也沒有小垃圾桶或是小袋子裝非衛生紙類的垃圾，　很不方便 4) 梳洗用的洗手台在衣櫃邊, 使用時候, 如果不小心就會把開在旁邊行李箱弄濕
