About 7 mins walk to the Machiya subway station or Machiya Keisei line train station, a direct access to Narita airport. Supermarket is nearby for grocery shopping and 7-11 / Lawson convenience stores are also nearby. Lots of Yakiniku restaurants nearby for Yakiniku lovers. Everything is good except there is no front desk and no luggage storage service and you can't leave your luggage before checkin or after checkout.

Easy and quiet
Stayed with our two teenagers. The kitchen and laundry facilities inn the room were very handy. It was really easy to get anywhere in Tokyo on the nearby train line and buses using a welcome suica card., I loved the quiet streets (no car noise in the room!) and being near the river so I could go running in the morning. It was extremely easy to check in and out as it was fully automated with easy to follow instructions.

Very clean, modern and spacious room. Stayed at Minn Machiya for 4 days as our base to see Tokyo. Around 8 min walk from Machiya Station off the main street. Plenty of convenience stores and fast foods on your walk to Minn Machiya apartments.

The place was near restaurants. We walked and chose where we ate. The area was quiet the place was not that clean to our standards but it’s okay. There was a washing machine if you want to wash your clothes and you can dry the clothes a small balcony. Nobody at the check in counter all communication were in the iPad. It would be nice if there is an easy way to communicate with somebody like in our case that we extended the check out time. Maybe the iPad at the counter can be used for that reason. But over all it served the purpose we had somewhere to stay.

Excellent stay at Minn Machiya! The beds were the most comfortable we had in Tokyo. Having a small apartment was so much better than a hotel room. Getting to the accommodation was easy and there were many amenities near by. Getting in with a code worked well. The area was quiet. I would definitely stay again!

Good apartment in a good location
Good accommodation in a good location, within 5/6 minutes to a metro station. The apartment was a decent size with a kitchen area (although we didn't cook!), a dining area, a separate sitting area with a tv. The beds were very comfortable. There is a washing machine in the bathroom which is really useful! The only downside is that there is no option to store your luggage either before check-in (3pm) or after checking out (10am).

Good property. Quiet location. Close -5min walk- to train station. Room was bigger than most. There was enough room for my hubby, myself and 2 kids (11&13) and our luggage. Balcony was added bonus. Reception staff could speak English - some better than others. Would have been nice to have water, tea, coffee, milk in room. McDonald's and local restaurants close.

This property was very vlean, we didn't use the kitchen but it was basic and quite usable. It was spacious for Japan. Lots of light and the beds were very comfortable! The elevator is small.. .3-4 people max.We'd stay again, no issues.
