We were supposed to stay at a different property but the property told us on the day of our arrival that we were double booked. Monday Apart Premium Hamamatsucho had a room available so we booked it just a few hours before checkin time. So we really ended up here by an unplanned chance. The property is wonderful, as are the people that work there. Lots of nearby conveniences and attractions, and we found the Minato area to be less busy than other parts of Tokyo. We were a quick train ride to busier areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was very nice and clean! Sleeps 6 comfortably (two will be on a mattress on the floor). Nice food places nearby and a nice neighborhood. Denny's not to far away for Americans who want to see something familiar.

Wonderful and spacious property. Close by to several subway stations and many food choices nearby. I stayed with my family for 2 weeks so the kitchen, washer and drying facilities made our stay that much more comfortable. Highly recommend staying at MONday Premium Apartments. The apartments were clean and well equipped and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location with a short walk to the train station, konbinis and restaurants.

Very comfortable place to stay in Tokyo if you're looking for an aparthotel. The accommodation is fairly spacious with all the amenities you'll need including washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The location has nearby grocery and convenience stores and is situated fairly close to the metro lines. The only downside is that this location is very close to a subway line, hence there is a lot of noise if the windows are not fully closed. Asides from that, the hotel is secure and your experience is very isolated. Each floor has a single room and you'll likely never run into another guest. Check in experience is smooth and hotel staff is very helpful.

This is a very practical place to stay for a family with a small kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. There are options for 5-7 beds and the dining table sits 6. About the only disadvantage is that you have a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest JR Stations (Hamamatsucho and Tamachi.

A little tight for our family of 6, we had kids so it was ok, but probably too close quarters for unrelated people. Everything we needed for a short stay was included. The washing machine with dryer was great to have. About 12 min walk to any of the nearby stations.

Awesome apartment hotel near Tamachi JR / Mita Subway stations. Easy walk to both stations with excellent connections to Tokyo tourist spots. Apartment was spotlessly clean and so well designed; it was huge for our family of 5. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked the apartment feel of the room. The room had kitchen and laundry which are great to have for a traveling family. What I did not like was some of the sheets were not clean, but since we had the laundry machine in the room, we were able to clean them ourselves.

Decent location that gets you access to the JR, subway, and Odaiba lines. The walk to each isn’t too far. It’s also fairly close to the Tokyo Tower area and all that comes with that. Rooms were fairly large despite how skinny the building looks. Friendly staff and clean. The surrounding area is a little close to the tracks so it can get noisy outside, but we never heard anything while in the room. Perfectly quiet.

It was in an amazing location, and the room was perfect. It would be an easy 5 stars if the staff were more available. For the week we were there, we saw someone at the front desk three times in total. It was not a big issue for us, but I could see how this could be a bigger deal for some travelers.

This is our first family trip to Tokyo. The hotel had plenty of amenities to meet all our needs. Very comfortable for party of 6 (age 14 to 49). Close to multiple train stations to get us to popular tourist sites. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Price and quality in good balance
Everything was fine and very good organised. Only the airco ventilators outside made during the night every few minutes noise. Be aware that you cannot check in before 3 hours in the afternoon Japan is very strict with this. The persons at the reception were friendly and tried to help you.
