No space for luggage, walking, and just anything in general, just the bed. Also gave too little towels and everything is dirty and yellow.

The hotel was able to fit my family of 4 sharing 2 double beds. It was a 15 min walk to Tokyo Station. A 7-Eleven was 3 min away. Very convenient because of proximity to subway to get to all the districts. The only negative was space for luggage... there was very little. We travelled light... 4 carry-ons, but that filled up whatever space there was. Apart from that, we would stay at this hotel again.

In front desk the lady named Pushpa has zero experience of customer service. She is terrible, doesn’t know nothing and keeps urging even though she’s working as a customer service representative without knowing English at all. Don’t want to help at all. It was a terrible experience of staying into the hotel.

Good for short stays in Tokyo. About a minute from Shintomicho metro station (or a 15 minute walk from the Yaesu-side exit of Tokyo Station). Has a laundry room on the first floor. Staff seemed friendly

Dissapointed that after checking out at 10am, I was not allowed to leave my luggage at concierge until 5pm. I could only keep it for an hour. That costed me not to be able to spend 7 hours touring Tokyo city area.
